This winter, Trial+Error transforms into The Lodge — a cozy holiday pop-up filled with festive cocktails, twinkling lights, and that unmistakable bourbon warmth. Step inside and escape the chill with classic lodge vibes, elevated spirits, and a touch of holiday magic.
Rooted in curiosity, craft, and community, Trial+Error began as an experiment between two friends whose basement bourbon podcast evolved into a full-blown spirits company. That spark became Pursuit Spirits — a bold, independent bourbon brand that celebrates transparency, exploration, and taste above hype.
Now, that same spirit of discovery comes alive in The Lodge at Trial+Error — our winter wonderland of whiskey. Sip on seasonal cocktails crafted with care, explore over 100+ Pursuit Spirits expressions (including private barrels and distillery exclusives), and toast to good company under a canopy of holiday lights.
